Passion in worship, Passion for the lost, Compassion for those in need...

While NCC has a rich history, we are seeking God’s kingdom here and now.  We place high importance on being followers of Christ by loving those in our community who are unsaved and in need.  We have long been known as “The Church that Cares” for good reason.  The people of NCC are truly a family.  We are there for one another in times of need and we enjoy sharing our love and the love of Christ with our community as well.  We understand that a true life of praise is born from life of following Christ’s example of servanthood.

The church currently has two Sunday morning worship services.  The worship in our first service is traditional in nature while the second is contemporary.  Both place high importance on prayer in our understating that God’s “house will be a house of prayer.”  Hardly a service goes by where people are not gathered together, lifting one another’s burdens to the Lord in prayer.

NCC is an area-wide church.  While ministering to the immediate community of Markleville, families travel from the surrounding towns of Pendleton and Anderson to attend our church as well.  Our community enjoys a unique balance of scenic, agricultural landscape with small-town living, but in close proximity to the major metropolitan area of Indianapolis.
