God created you and loves you very much. He is longing for a relationship with you and has provided a way for you to know Him.
Would you like to know Jesus as your Savior?
The Bible gives us some simple steps to follow to begin a saving relationship with Jesus. Remember, that while this relationship begins here, it does not stop here.
Admit that you are a sinner.
"For all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God." (Romans 3:23) elieve that God sent Jesus to die for your sins, to take your punishment.
Believe He wants to forgive you.
"Yet to all who received Him, to those who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God." (John 1:12)
Confess that you have sinned and ask Jesus to forgive you and come into your life.
"If we confess our sins He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness." (1 John 1:9)
To accept Christ into your life today, pray this simple prayer and genuinely mean it:
"Dear God, I realize I am a sinner. I believe You sent Jesus to die for my sins. Come into my heart and forgive me of my sins. I accept You as my Savior."
Many people call themselves "Christian" because they prayed this prayer. However, their lives have not been truly transformed. In other words, they prayed the prayer, but go on living their lives as though nothing has changed. We believe that when we are saved or "born again", God's Spirit indwells us and He sets us on a life journey of transformation. Being saved doesn't mean we will never sin again. None of us are perfect. But, if we are truly following Christ, He will lead us and mold us until the day of glorification when we will be made new in heaven.
